Alex Ringsby, SIOR , President
Alex’s career in real estate began with Cushman & Wakefield in 1993, as an industrial and land specialist. In his first year, he was named by both the Denver Business Journal and Cushman & Wakefield’s Rookie of the Year. Alex went on to consistently be the Top Industrial Producer at C&W for the next 9 years before founding Ringsby Realty Corp. in 2002. Alex also earned honors such as the distinguished C&W Brokerage Excellence Award and the “Forty under 40” Award from the Denver Business Journal and he is consistently placed on the city’s “Heavy Hitters” list of top producing industrial brokers. Alex has served as Treasurer and President of the Colorado Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).  Alex has served on the Board of Directors of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors and was most recently named 2015 DMCAR Commercial Broker of the Year. Alex also currently serves as Vice Chairman of The Colorado Open Foundation and he is on the Board of the 1st Tee of Green Valley Ranch. Alex has distinguished himself and Ringsby Realty Corporation by providing the highest level of service and experience to both local and national clients.

Scott Patterson, Vice President, Brokerage
Scott Patterson has been in Commercial Real Estate for the past 22 years. Since joining Grubb & Ellis Company in 1994, he has established himself as one of the top industrial brokers in Denver, involved in transaction in excess of 5 million square feet valued at over $150 million. Scott has been honored with Rookie of the Year award, The Golden Tie Club award, and Grubb & Ellis Elite Top 10 awards. Scott has represented some of the top local and national companies in the country including: Prologis, Wal-Mart, Orepac, Safeway, Michelin Tires, Shamrock Foods, FedEx Corporation and others. Scott has risen to the top by continuously seeking new and better ways to add value for his clients, market knowledge and producing the highest level of service.




John Seiple is a co-founder and Principal of Huntington Industrial Partners and is responsible for all of Huntington’s capital raising activities and oversight of the Huntington’s development and acquisition platforms . Prior to forming Huntington, Mr. Seiple was involved in the very early stages of building Prologis. His final role at Prologis was President and CEO – North America, Chairman of North American Investment Committee and participant on European and Asian Investment Committee. Other Prologis roles included Chief Investment Officer for North America, Chief Operating Officer for North America, Managing Director Southeast Region, and Houston Market Officer. Prior to Prologis, Mr. Seiple was a partner at Trammell Crow Company – Dallas Industrial.  Mr. Seiple received his M.B.A. from Texas Christian University and his B.A. from Davidson College.

Jeff Jones is a Senior Vice President at Huntington Industrial Partners. Mr. Jones oversees all acquisition and development due diligence activities and coordinates the placement of debt and management of Huntington’s banking relations. Mr. Jones was  Vice President and Director of Due Diligence at DCT Industrial; supervising team that executed $1.85 billion of industrial transactions. Prior to DCT Industrial, Mr. Jones was a Vice President at Prologis and was involved in the early stages of building Prologis. Mr. Jones graduated from the University of Kansas with a B.A. in business administration and accounting.
